Position Overview: As a High-Ticket Closer, you’ll drive our sales strategy by converting leads into committed clients for our Odoo accounting and implementation projects. You’ll use proven sales techniques, draw out genuine needs, and lead with integrity to create long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Qualify Leads: Build rapport, identify genuine business needs, and uncover pain points that our Odoo solutions can solve.
  • Deliver Persuasive Sales Presentations: Masterfully present our accounting and implementation offerings in a way that resonates with high-level decision-makers.
  • Handle Objections: Understand concerns and resolve them empathetically and expertly.
  • Close Sales with Confidence and Professionalism: Leverage industry knowledge, confidence, and empathy to convert prospects into clients who are excited to work with us.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  1. Fluent or Native English Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills are a must, both verbal and written.
  2. High-Ticket Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals with an understanding of the psychology behind high-ticket sales​​.
  3. Outstanding Storytelling Ability: The skill to bring our solutions to life, inspiring prospects to envision the positive transformation.
  4. Expert in Building Trust: Establish authority and trust early on by educating prospects on why previous solutions may have failed and how we solve issues at a fundamental level​​.
  5. Solution-Oriented Mindset: A natural problem-solver who can frame the cost of inaction in compelling terms, showing clients the tangible benefits of our Odoo services​.
  6. Skilled in Overcoming Objections: Ability to listen, empathize, and address concerns tactfully to turn potential doubts into powerful motivators​​.
